Murcia Direct is the brainchild of Russell Marsh.

I am a property owner in Murcia (at Hacienda Riquelme) and I have been in business as  a Spanish Estate Agent selling property to clients from many Countries via the popular website www.golfandpropertyinspain.com which we started together early in 2005. Prior to this Russell has been the Webmaster for several prestigious organisations.

As more and more golf developments are 'coming online' it was apparent that there are lots of property owners taking delivery of their properties and really very few opportunities for them to get some rentals to help towards the mortgage at a reasonable price.

I decided that I could provide a top class service to help out new property owners, most of whom have probably been deserted by the agent who made them all kinds of rental promises but now doesn't want to know..
