There are two main types of listing: 'Standard' and 'Featured'
Rentals - Standard
A Standard Listing is fully featured. You can edit your advert at any time. You can have up to 12 photos with your advert. Our system will let you display one main picture and 11 other thumbnails. The viewer simply mouses over a thumbnail to change the main picture to that one. Alternative they can click on any thumb to see it full size in a new window. You can enter as much text as you like and you will have an availability calendar to show your viewers when the property will be available.
Exposure: Your property can be found on the web site by viewers searching for accomodation that your property's details agree with. Also on each page we have "A RANDOM SELECTION" Module that displays 4 random properties from the website on every page including the Home Page. There is also a "NEW LISTINGS" module on most pages that your property will also appear in for a couple of weeks.

Rentals - Featured
A Featured Listing has exactly the same features and capability as a Standard Listing, the only difference being the exposure on the web site the Featured Listing will receive.
Exposure: Your property can be found on the web site by viewers searching for accomodation that your property's details agree with. Also on each page we have "A RANDOM SELECTION" Module that displays 4 random properties from the website on every page including the Home Page. There is also a "NEW LISTINGS" module on most pages that your property will also appear in for a couple of weeks.
FEATURED LISTINGS EXTRA: Featured Listings are shown in rotation with the other Featured Listings at the top of every page alongside 3 others in a little section called 'FEATURED ADVERTISERS' - They also rotate in the section a little further down every page called 'SPECIALLY SELECTED PROPERTY !'
This means your property could literally appear 4 times on one page a visitor is viewing!

For Sale - Featured
For Sale Listings have all the same options and exposure as a Rentals Featured Listing. There are a lot more options for adding extra details to your property listing. You can even sell your business on www.murciadirect.co.uk as we have created fields for business users as well.
Price: £95 for twelve months
There are no extra fees for 'Golf Listings' or 'Beach Front' or any other special categories

There are comprehensive step by step Help Videos showing Members exactly how to use our system to advertise their properties to the best effect. (These only visible to logged in Members.) The whole process is very simple but if anybody wants us to upload their property for them then we'll be delighted to do this for you for a small admin charge of £15. You would have to email your photos and text to Russell or send him links to them if they are on the web elsewhere already.
